KURIO OLD FASHIONED
60ml KURIO whisky
10ml white sugar syrup (1:1
sugar, water)
3 dashes Angostura bitters
Pour all ingredients into glass with ice and stir for 30 seconds
GARNISH: Turkish delight and cherry

RHYTHM & CHERRY HIGHBALL
45ml KURIO whisky
60ml cold-pressed cherry juice (you can find a good one at Harris Farm)
30ml soda water
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Pour all ingredients into glass over cubed ice, garnish.

FORMERLY KNOWN AS COCKTAIL
45ml KURIO whisky
1 tablespoon of quality
apricot jam
30ml green apple juice
(juiced fresh, or high-quality cloudy apple juice)
2 dashes Angostura bitters
30ml Tasmanian sparkling
wine (traditional method in style)
Pour all ingredients, except sparkling wine, into a cocktail shaker, whisky briskly with a spoon or fork to break up the jam, fill with cubed ice and shake for ten to fifteen seconds, strain into glass and top with sparkling wine, garnish.
